HP Inc. creates technology that makes life better for everyone, everywhere. Through our product and service portfolio of personal systems, printers, and 3D printing solutions, we engineer experiences that amaze.
HP Inc. in Singapore mirrors the little red dot’s dynamic transformation over the past 50 years. We have grown from a pioneer MNC in 1970 to a diversified site (35 nationalities, 31% Women in Leadership positions, 45% Women Employees). HP Singapore is home to manufacturing sites spanning from Wafer Fabrication to Advanced Packaging, Customer Welcome Center, 3D and GSB Centers of Excellence, SMARC (Smart Manufacturing Applications & Research Center) and a $100m regional campus.
In support of Singapore’s vision to move to advanced manufacturing, HP is exploring IR4.0 technology that will be made in Singapore for the world. One area is in Smart Manufacturing which incorporates Robotics, Big Data Analytics, 3D Printing & Workforce Transformation. The other is the “Office of the future” based on collaboration & cyber security – focusing on contractual as-a-service models. In 2021, HP’s PageWide (PWAx) and Falcon Manufacturing Lines were accredited by the World Economic Forum as Global Lighthouses.
Beyond our business, we have a responsibility to positively impact our people, planet, and community. On the people-front, HP Singapore has been certified as a Great Place to Work and Great Place to Learn by Great Place to Work® for two consecutive years. On the planet-front, we are constantly taking steps to reduce our impact on the environment, with the goal of becoming the world’s most sustainable company in the industry by 2030.
On the community-front, roughly 1,000 volunteers from HP Inc. have devoted more than 8,000 hours to empower disadvantaged families from over 20 beneficiaries across Singapore. More recently, we supported SGTech’s “Tech4Community” initiative and ran a laptop donation campaign to repurpose PCs to support families in need to bridge the digital gap.
